"Egoza-Kayman" razor wire flat security barrier
Kayman flat barrier, as well as the Kayman concertina barriers, is a reliable and efficient Kayman razor wire barrier. But the Kayman flat barrier differs from the spiral barrier in design, has a lower cost and is intended for use in certain conditions. Since the Kayman flat security barrier is not a bulk, but a flat fence, this allows it to be used in cases where the Kayman concertina barriers are not advisable for technical, aesthetic or other reasons. Kayman flat security barrier is made from modern Egoza-Kayman razor wire 3.8 mm diameter with a high carbon spring wire core EN 50189 2.8 mm diameter with zinc coating 80-100 g/m2 and razor spikes made of steel EN 10346 0.5 mm thick with zinc coating 140-200 g/m2. The Kayman flat barrier is made of a continuous strand of barbed wire, the turns of which are in the same plane and are offset relative to each other by half the diameter of the coil. At the points of intersection of the barbed wire, they are fastened with tape clips of the Super type, designed to fasten the razor wire with a diameter of 3.8 mm or more. The diameter of the coil of the Kayman flat barrier is 600 or 750 mm, one section of the barrier has a length of 6 and 7.5 m, respectively. The individual sections of the Kayman flat barrier are interconnected Super clips, forming a flat fence of any desired length.
The Kayman flat security barrier can be installed on any type of fences and there are several options for its installation – vertically, with a slope in or out of the enclosed area, or in the form two inclined visors in both directions. In addition, the Kayman flat barrier is a good material for the construction of fences and barriers. For mounting the Kayman flat barrier, Super clips are used, knitting and tension wires; for installation in the form of an inclined visor, holders of a special design.
