Kayman flat barrier fence is one of the types of fences that use prefabricated Kayman razor wire fences. The fence from the Egoza-Kayman flat barriers is three to four rows of a flat barrier mounted on poles and a tension wire. This design of the fence provides a high level of protection of the territory and an acceptable cost of the fence as a whole. To increase the protective properties, the upper row of the flat barrier for can be installed not vertically, but with a slope in or out of the protected area, depending on the purpose of the object.

For the manufacture of the fence, a flat security barrier is used made of Egoza-Kayman barbed wire with a diameter of 3.8 mm. We mass-produce two types of Kayman flat barriers – with a coil diameter of 600 and 750 mm, but it is preferable to use a flat barrier 600 mm wide for erecting fences due to the smaller distance between the turns of the barrier. Egoza-Kayman barbed wire, used in the construction of a flat barrier, has a high-carbon core with a diameter of 2.8 mm made of galvanized spring wire and barbed razor nipples made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.5 mm. The zinc coating of the core is at least 100 g/m², and the barbed tape is within 140-290 g/m², which reliably protects the razor wire from corrosion.

Installation of a fence from a Kayman flat barrier is carried out using new columns, or left over from the old fence – this will significantly reduce the cost of erecting a new fence from a flat barrier. Between the posts in several rows, a tension wire is installed, to which a Kayman security barrier is attached using Super clipss. Separate sections of the Kayman flat barrier are also fastened together using Super clips. In addition, a flat barrier is attached to the posts using clipss or a knitting wire, depending on the material and design of the fence posts.
