"Super" tape clip
Super clip is used to fasten razor wire threads in the manufacture of razor wire security barriers of all types – concertinal barrier, flat barrier, razor mesh, pyramidal barriers. Super clips allow you to fasten razor wire with a diameter of from 3.8 to 5.0 mm, providing a reliable connection. In addition, the Super clip is used for attaching razor wire security barriers to the tension wire, as well as razor mesh to the welded fence panels or other wire base.
Super clip has a reamer length of 45 mm, a width of 10 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, which allows you to securely fasten barbed wire with a diameter of 3.8 up to 5.0 mm. For the manufacture of Super clips, roll steel EN 10346 with a zinc coating of 140-200 g/m2 is used, which provides good protection of the bracket against corrosion. The ends of the Super clip form a “dovetail” lock, which significantly increases the strength of barbed wire fastening and the reliability of razor wire barriers in general. When mounting, the Super clip is installed using a manual or automatic tool.
