Kayman concertina barrier fence is the most effective type of fence made of razor wire barriers for objects located in an open area and having an extended perimeter. This fence consists of several concertinas of Kayman barbed wire, located one on top of the other and mounted on special posts with holders. In the design of the fence, concertinas of the same or different diameter can be used, and the reinforced version of the fence from the spiral barrier can have not one, but two concertinas on top, mounted parallel to each other with an inclination to both sides of the fence.

The use of concertina with a diameter of more than 1 meter to create fences is impractical due to the large size and financial considerations – large diameter concertina is best used either as a separate barrier or as a pyramidal barrier. For a fence from a concertina barrier, it is better to use spirals of medium diameter – 600-800 mm, and install, for example, not three, but four spirals to obtain the required height of the fence. To erect a fence from the Kayman concertina barrier, metal poles with horizontal holderss for the lower and intermediate spirals or without them are used, with a metal profile connected to each other or separately. To fix the upper spiral, the posts are equipped with U or V type holderss; they can be equipped with either one or two Kayman concertina barriers.

Kayman concertina barrier made of Kayman barbed wire with a diameter of 3,8 mm, which has a core of high carbon spring wire with a diameter of 2.8 mm and sharp razor spikes of galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.5 mm. Zinc coating of the core – 100 g/m² and barbed tape – 140-290 g/m² allows you to reliably protect the Kayman razor wire from corrosion and provide concertina barriers from it for a long time service. The design of the Kayman concertina barrier used Super type clips made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a length of 45 mm, designed to connect razor wire with a diameter of 2,8 mm. The Kayman concertina barriers are fastened to the fence posts with a knitting and tension wire, as well as Super clips for attaching the barrier to the tension wire.
