Egoza-Kayman barbed wire
Egoza-Kayman barbed wire is the most popular and widespread type of Egoza razor wire due to the optimal combination of the price of barbed wire and its technical parameters. Kayman barbed wire has a diameter of 3.8 mm and is used for the manufacture of many types of razor wire security barriers – spiral barrier, quick release barrier, flat barrier, pyramidal barrier, Piranha razor mesh and other obstacles. The use of a high-carbon spring wire EN 50189 with a diameter of 2.8 mm as a basis for the Egoza-Kayman barbed wire allows the manufacture of concertina barriers with a diameter of 400 to 1500 mm, which makes it possible to use them on a wide range of protected objects of various types and purposes.
Egoza-Kayman razor wire is made on automatic equipment using modern technology in accordance with the new technical specifications, its high quality is confirmed by certificates of conformity and other documents. For the manufacture of Egoza-Kayman barbed wire, Egoza razor tape is used with a width of 19 mm and an average section of 7.5 mm, which allows reliable crimp of the core to 2.8-3.0 mm. As a material for the production of Egoza razor tape, galvanized steel roll EN 10346 with a thickness of 0.5 mm and a zinc coating of 140-200 g/m2 is used, which provides sufficient rigidity for the razor edges of the barbed wire and reliable protection against corrosion. For razor wire, a high-carbon spring wire EN 50189 with a diameter of 2.8 mm is used, having a tensile strength of 1600 N/mm2 with a zinc coating of 80-100 g/m2, also reliably protected from corrosion.
The finished Egoza-Kayman barbed wire has a diameter of 2.8 mm; for its connection and installation, clips of the "Super" type with a scan length of 45 mm are used that allows you to reliably crimp the barbed wire with a diameter of from 2.8 to 5.0 mm. Concertina barriers with a diameter of 400 to 1500 mm and other types of razor wire security barriers are made from the Egoza-Kayman barbed wire.
